Two options are offered to runners of all levels training for road or trail races and running any distances. The Eiger option is ideal for runners with great knowledge about endurance training who want to keep full control on their training plan but want a second thought on what they are doing. The Matterhorn option is the best for most runners and includes a personalized training program. Both include the analysis of resting heart rate variability to asses fatigue.
